Air Conditioning Engineer
North London
Salary – up to £40,000
Call out 1 in 6, Van, Fuel Card, Tools, Phone, Laptop
Air Conditioning Engineering duties:
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on all air conditioning equipment on the client asset register
- Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit in real time using Asset pro
- Provide information for any remedials required in real time including replacement of assets
- Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
- Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
- In the event of an accident, report to your nominal first aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction
- Be included in the company call out Rota - No more than 1 in 6
This is to work across all our clients’ contracts with the main bulk of the work on a large railway contract.
