The Role: Change & Transformation Manager
Sector: Facilities Management
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000pa
Location: London – Remit, Global.
I am working with a world leader in Workplace Facilities Services on an amazing opportunity for a Change & Transformation Manager. The exciting role of Change & Transformation Manager has been created to support an on-going programme of improvement and integration and will offer the post holder unprecedented opportunity to be the leader in their field.
This role will focus, in the main, on the employee side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Key Responsibilities
The Change and Transformation Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects, programmes and change initiatives meet their core objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
The primary responsibility will be implementing change management programmes and plans that will maximize employee adoption and usage and. The Change and Transformation Manager will help drive faster adoption of change programmes to achieve outcomes quicker with increased benefit realisation, value creation, ROI etc. They will act as a support to senior leaders helping them to fulfil their roles in a changing environment and also support the project teams in integrating change management activities into their plans.
The Change and Transformation Manager will:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management and transformational activities
- Apply change management processes and tools to create a programme of works to support adoption of the changes required by each project or initiative.
- Develop value cases for Change management activities
- Work effectively and collaboratively with global and local teams to effectively manage the change programme.
- Take the operational teams through a defined change and transformation process to move from current state of operation to a unified and optimum way of working.
- Work with the PMO and Transition teams to define and support change methodology
- Support communication efforts
- Assess the value and ROI of change
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support training efforts
Experience
- Experience of change, transition, project management with exceptional drive and persistency
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships
- Prosci (or equivalent) and project management professional qualifications
