Procurement Manager

£60,000 + £5100 travel allowance + 10% Bonus + Private Healthcare

Canary Wharf, London (Remote working available)

Covering two large corporate contracts.

The purpose of the procurement manager role is to support a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Our client requires a Procurement Manager to be accountability for all sourcing activities across two high end corporate accounts and the connected businesses.

This role is responsible for sourcing for all EMEA sites related to the contract. The role will be accountable for all sourcing of facility management services on behalf of our clients’ requirements. Working closely with the Global Procurement Director, you would provide commercial and contractual expertise to the sourcing arena for the Facility Management team, including drafting of pre-qualification and tender documents, analysis of bids and preparation of recommendations and contracts that provide protection. Ensure that our client have back-to-back agreements in place to cover SLA’s, KPI’s, commercial requirements and compliance.

  • Adhere to all Safety Policies and maintain the work environment and practices to avoid accidents and hazards contributing to a safe and healthy work environment
  • Support and drive savings initiatives.
  • Contribute to the annual sourcing strategy and drive implementation for the EMEA locations.
  • Lead all Facility Management sourcing & procurement related activities
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management programme across the region
  • Ensure contractual agreements are in place for all critical service lines
  • Ensure suppliers follow local legislation and act in accordance with CBRE rules and regulations within the region and have full contractual compliance
  • Tendering of services including preparing bid documents and administering to completion
  • Carry out price analysis/benchmarking as required
  • Prepare and present client reporting, including KPI data, and periodic reviews documents
  • Participation in cross-account procurement activities
