Front of House Receptionist

Chiswick, London

Monday to Friday / 07:30am-16:30pm & 09:00am-18:00pm

£26,000.00-£28,000.00

We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK and Worldwide. We are looking for a candidate who is keen on progression and will eventually be trained up to join a team of Contract Support staff.

The successful candidate will be working on one of the companies largest contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all meeting rooms are ready to go each day as per the booking requirements.
  • Collaborating with IT, maintenance, cleaning, and other key departments to ensure timely reporting and closing out of tickets and jobs.
  • Develop and maintain fantastic communication with key stakeholders.
  • Fostering and living a team spirit culture attending daily Team Boards meetings to ensure all departments are communicating key events and working in collaboration.
  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized.
  • Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers.
  • Compiling of the Contract Review Business Unit pack
  • Conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier
  • Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
  • Site inductions

Qualifications or Required Experience:


  • Experience working within an office environment is desirable but by no means necessary.
  • Carry out Administrative work to the specifications of the client.
  • Experience in call-handling and Microsoft Office Software is desirable but not necessary

On-Site in house training will be provided to the successful candidate.
