Recruiting for a Fabric Engineer / Handyperson in a mobile capacity to cover Cambridge and surrounding area.
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.
On offer is a salary of around £30,000 per annum.
In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
Carry out Planned and Reactive maintenance across all building services.
Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of portable and fixed equipment.
Plan, oversee and work with all subcontractors during service visits.
Occasional light office moves and installation of furniture
Door maintenance on furniture and closures
Participate on the on call rota.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Electrical / Mechanical qualifications to an NVQ Level 2.
- Fully conversant with all major manufacturers systems and equipment.
- L8 Awareness.
- Experience in maintaining all revelant mechanical and equipment.
- Basic plumbing skills required.
