Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Monday to Friday - 40-hour week
Salary : £38,000 to £40,000
Covering West London.

Our client has an opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their successful government contract covering West London and surrounding areas.

For the successful candidate a day typically starts with a review and prioritization of tasks scheduled for the specific day. Main responsibilities would include operation and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes to achieve business requirements and serve our customer's needs.
This would include reviewing technical documents for planned works, conferring with other personnel to resolve design or operational problems, evaluating characteristics of equipment and systems and management of Contractors.
Required work experience for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Successfully worked within a building services environment with a minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Due to the nature of the role, customer facing skills are essential.
- Competent to undertake first line fault finding and repairs; pipework, plumbing and basic electrical works
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) to enable fault finding & monitoring
- M&E PPM experience
