Client Overview
My client is an established property company that offers a range of services to their client base including property management. They are now due to continued growth looking to expand their accounts team at the Oxford office. The client is well renowned for developing their staff through internal/external training and promoting internally.
Role Duties
- Processing Income & Expenditure
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing Client Reporting
- Setting up new sites
- Updating fee templates for new and existing sites
- Raise invoices for Client Funding
- Set up new tenancies
- Prepare Inter Account Transfers
- Prepare Council Tax payments
- Adhoc Admin Reporting
Personal Profile
Essential:
- Confident, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and numeracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications.
- Must be highly self-motivated, mature attitude and pro-active.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and drives positive change.
- Team player with experience in delivering to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Desirable:
- Experience with Excel and Word, including intermediate excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables).
- Sales Ledger/Cashiering experience and ideally in a holistic invoice-to-cash role.
- Data Entry experience
- Awareness of general accounting procedures, regulatory standards & compliance requirements.
- Awareness of the Residential Property Sector.
