Facilities Manager
Desborough
£32k - £35k plus Friday afternoons off, 25 days holiday

This is the job for you…
In your new Facilities Manager role you'll look after our head office, a quirky 18th Century textile mill with loads of original features, which incorporates our offices, warehouse and a factory shop. We have about 300 staff on this busy site and because of the varied environments there will be a lot for you to get your teeth into ensuring the lights stay on, the building looks its best and our staff stay safe.
To help with this you'll be supported by a small team of Maintenance Technicians who deal with day-to-day building fabric issues and of front of house staff.
If you have experience as a Building Manager or Facilities Supervisor we'd love to hear from you!
A good working knowledge of health and safety or an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification would be an advantage.
