Electrical Maintenance Technician
Monday - Friday
Covering sites within the Newcastle area
£30k-£33k

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own workload.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance & building services tasks. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and electrical repair. As well as HVAC, BMS, water or mechanical (pumps & motor) maintenance.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- 18 th / 17 th Edition
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets
- Good communication skills
- Proactive Approach
- Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults
