Building Fabric Manager
London
£46,041 plus generous pension, 34 days holiday

The majority of this role will be overseeing your team of Building Maintenance Technicians to ensure our estate remains fit for purpose. You'll collaborate with the wider M&E maintenance team, helpdesk and academic staff, oversee subcontractors, schedule PPMs and maintain the asset register. Occasionally you'll also get hands-on with the building maintenance.

This Building Fabric Manager role will involve shift work (7am - 3pm and 12pm - 8pm) plus 1 Saturday in 6 (day off in the week).
