Facility Manager - Entertainment Concept
Location: Marlborough, MA
Salary: $$$Competitive
About the Client
My client is one of the hottest in the entertainment business, with amazing venues ft bowling alleys, arcades, laser tag, and more! The growing team is on the hunt for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team and help provide exceptional services to all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of maintenance of buildings, grounds, and attractions
- Provides corrective maintenance to minimize operational facility equipment downtime
- Present a like-new appearance to facilities and environment
- Responsible for training, scheduling of maintenance personnel and technicians
- Responsible for budgeting and cost control of the maintenance department
- Manage all inspection logs to ensure compliancy with state regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3 years of experience working in a management/supervisor facility role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management is desirable
- Amusement industry maintenance is a bonus!
- Must be able to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays etc)
- Certified Maintenance Mechanic License is a plus
