Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
Maidenhead / Slough / Heathrow
£36,000 - £38,000 + Overtime + Call Out (1 in 16)
Monday to Friday, 8am / 5pm
The world's leading FM company are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their ever growing engineering team across their privately owned portfolio which mainly consist of office buildings along with a few retail sites.
The ideal Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer will ideally come from a facilities maintenance background and have a solid knowledge base across Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. Across these sites you'd be responsible for all reactive and pre-planned maintenance as well as any building services tasks that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations as well as project works when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Keeping logbooks up to date
- Liaise with client/management
- Ensuring health & safety is met at all times
- Providing a professional service at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance, ideally electrically biased
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Well presented with previous client-facing experience (desirable)
