Role Overview
Job Title: Caretaker / Handyman
Package: £25,000-£28,000 + 25 days holiday + Overtime
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Putney
Role Duties
Caretaker Duties
- External sweeping/site litter & refuse management
- Light & door checks in each block
- Cleaning and checks of swimming pool area in some blocks
- Monitoring on site contractors
- Handling any car parking issues
- Dealing with minor maintenance issues in communal areas
- Building up good relationships with residents
Handyman Duties
- Minor maintenance & repairs in communal parts and inside managed properties (basic handyman, plumbing, building, decorating works to a good standard)
- Carpet cleaning & jet washing (equipment provided)
- Low level gutter repairs / cleaning
- Inspection and reporting back to Property Manager
