Facilities Manager - Property Management
Birmingham
£40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits package
We have partnered with a niche, forward thinking property consultancy who have a successful track record in retaining their employees and boasts an FM team that holds valuable amount of experience. Due to a period of success, they have approached us to help them with their search for a Facilities Manager.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be allocated a portfolio of properties which will include commercial and retail assets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, building strong relationships with your tenants / clients, produce service charge budgets, oversee all health & safety matters across your portfolio and review hard & soft services contracts, carrying out a tender's where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and be familiar with setting service charge budgets as well as managing a multi-site portfolio. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
