The Role: Senior Manager – Vertical Cleaning
Location – City of London
Sector: Facilities Management
Salary: £45,000 +
My client is an independently owned cleaning and support services company with an excellent reputation and an enviable client list. We are looking for a bright, experienced Vertical Cleaning Manager to join them and lead the charge for their specialised vertical cleaning services.
All about you:
Experience of delivering vertical cleaning services are a MUST for this role.
Your technical knowledge of both equipment and safety must be absolutely top notch.
Tell me about WAH, rope access, MEWP, PASMA, Cradles and Spanset – this needs to be your unquestionable area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take overall responsibility and accountability for managing the delivery of the Vertical Division in a consistently efficient, professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ensure Full Compliance with all HSEQ Requirements
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for embedding positive Health, Well-Being and Zero Harm Safety standards and behaviours across the business in line with company Strategy and Policies
- Demonstrate effective decision making, demonstrating consistent ability to reconcile competing needs for company resources, effectively and efficiently
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for Customer Relationship Management in conjunction with the Operations Director
- Overall responsibility for Quality Standards and Quality of Services delivered to ALL Operational Contracts
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for the development and management of all Business processes, both technological and procedural
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for the training and development of ALL Operational staff in conjunction with HR and Training Colleagues
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for the training and development of Vertical Management Team
- Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for Continuous Improvement through the identification of commercial and/or service delivery innovations
- Project Management and mobilisation of contracts
