Regional Facilities Manager - Property Management
London
£40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance and generous benefits package
We have partnered with a bespoke, award winning property management organisation to aid them with their search for a Regional Facilities Manager. Our client is highly regarded within the industry, and you will be joining a successful team who boasts an invaluable amount of experience.
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a mixed-use portfolio across Central / Greater London, this portfolio will consist of approximately 12 sites. The beauty of this role is that you will be working with a singular client and be responsible for building a strong rapport with them. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assist with the management of service charge budgets, acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients and oversee all health & safety matters of your properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the property management sector and will have managed a multi-site portfolio. You will be passionate about the industry and will ideally hold a relevant qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
