Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor - Property Management
London
£35,000 - £40,000 plus a generous benefits package
Our client is a highly regarded, independent firm of property professionals, who are known just as well for their industry knowledge as they are for being one of the warmest, most welcoming property advisory organisations in the UK. Impressively, as they have grown, they've managed to preserve a remarkable culture that truly nurtures its employees and yet they remain highly competitive and are rapidly expanding.
Due to a sustained period of success and several contract wins, they are looking for a Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor to join their successful management team. You will be allocated a multi-client, property portfolio which will consist of commercial and retail properties across London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, assist with the management of service charge budgets, liaising with internal FM & health & safety teams, preparing client reports and managing leases.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and have experience working within the commercial property management sector. You'll ideally be RICS qualified or be working towards achieving this status.
