Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust in the Midlands to source a Senior Project Manager (Building Surveyor Bias) - Salary: £38,890 - £40,894
Working within the Estates Directorate and reporting to the Programme Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing Senior Project Management and a broad spectrum of building surveying services across the property portfolio.
The Senior Project Manager will be expected to work closely with different internal staff groups and externally with Design Consultants to develop and deliver schemes from inception to completion which will support a high standard of patient care to reflect the Trusts values.
Responsible for all property related projects that require building surveying expertise, the Senior Project Manager will lead on and update as required, Survey related reports, including but not limited to; Six facet condition, measured, topographical, dilapidation, pre-construction, and equality act to ensure site compliance.
The Senior Project manager will also be responsible for producing feasibility reports based on user brief that fully considers estate Guidance/memorandum HBN /HTM guidance and statutory restrictions from outset.
Educated to Degree level in Building Surveying, it is essential that applicants have experience and specialist knowledge gained through extensive relevant experience within hospital Estate environment.
Applicants will also have demonstrable experience of capital development, building, planning and building regulations, application of HTM, HBN, BS / compliance.
