Chief Operating Officer – Dynamic and Growing Property Group
Location: London (national remit)
Salary: £140,000
As Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure the growth and success of this group remain on target and that their reputation in market place continues to go from strength to strength. You will take responsibility for the development of 2 new concepts being launched and work directly with the founder.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Chief Operating Officer position is responsible for managing day-to-day responsibilities of Operations Team including supply chain, procurement, HR, and Technology
- Identify strategic opportunities to help capitalize on market position and implement marketing plans
- Work closely with owner and founder to assist in the development of long range plans, group goals and growth objectives
Essential Job Requirements
- A strong background in property / a related sector , ideally mid-sized group
- Superior understanding of brand development
- Proven leadership and team building abilities
- Excellent academic background and strong fiscal ability
- A leaning toward entrepreneurial thought
