Working for one of the UK and Europe's leading Facilities Management / Building Maintenance Companies. As a company they specialise in maintaining large prestigious buildings. The company can offer long term job stability with the chance of real career progression and personal development.
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work mobile in the Newcastle area working mainly on government buildings and commercial offices. Personal use of company van also provided.
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Minor works
- Fault finding
- Electrical infrastructure systems (single and three phase)
Qualifications/Experience
- 17th/18th Edition
- Electrical Apprenticeship Qualified or Level 3 instal
- Experience in a similar role
