Facilities Management (main)
Build Recruitment are working with a National Facilities Management Service Provider to source a Director of Sales. Salary: £100k+ with - up to 100% discretionary bonus, car allowance, and other senior benefits.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Local UK marketing and business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business.
You will lead the business development programs and initiatives, accountable for the deliverables and outcomes, and act as an advisor to the business lines in your own specific marketing and business development activities.
You will also be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities that are sold at a price to deliver the customers' requirements without compromising the client's quality service within their target market sectors.
