Commercial Manager
£50k+ + vehicle allowance + Bupa + pension + 34 days A/L
The Company
Joining one of the UKs larges FM providers with an annual turnover of £3bn+ and over 7,000 UK clients.
The Role
- Commercial Manager with a responsibility of the commercial running of a brand new, prestigious, high-profile, public-sector contract.
- Joining part of a well-established team to help drive the contract forward.
- The Commercial Manager will be based in Scotland and have a focus on
- governance, meeting or exceeding key business performance objectives, and ensuring that commercial risks are properly identified and managed at all times.
- The role will oversee the NEC4 contract framework and software platform, working with contract leadership to ensure the smooth commercial running of the contract including ownership of risk & ops, WIP control, contract change events, payment application and cost audit function.
- The Commercial Manager role will identify commercial risks, providing solutions for mitigation and wider improvement opportunities within both the contractual terms and operational delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a NEC4 contract framework
- Be conversant in software operating platform such as CEMAR.
- Experience with managing KPIs and general contract performance
- Familiar with risk reviews and providing contractual advice and support to the operational team
- Be a clear and effective communicator to all stakeholders.
