Global Client Director
Base: London, covering London Main Centre plus global operations
Client: Looking after major media client, facilities and IT Management
Salary: £150,000 - £180,000
We are currently working with Global commercial real-estate, hospitality, property management and services business who are rebuilding and growing post covid.
This is a great opportunity to join a global business within the tech and data centre division. The division generates over £1 billion annual revenue and is in 20% year growth.
The divisional COO is looking to bring on board several key senior leadership position and ideally are looking for experience in technical / data centre environments with a hands on and operational approach.
THE POSITION
Global Client Director £150,000 / £180,000
- Global Client Director, looking at major media business with major Hub in London with Global outposts.
- Oversight of client management of Data Ceneter / Technical Centre Management, providing customers a full range of solutions including traditional facilities management and technology services such as remote hands, fit out, hardware maintenance and asset disposal.
- Lead global strategy within division for client and account Management
- Lead major negotiation, acting on behalf of the global business to secure the best agreement while offering and excellent and competitive product
- Work Collaboratively with Operations and Business development on both and global and regional level
- Support the COO in delivering their vision and quick growth plan for the regional
- Build strong and lasting relationships both externally and within the team buy championing innovation and excellent communication
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 6 to 10 years Director level Client/Account experience in a property/services business, ideally in tech/data centre management or similar environment
- Strong understanding of IT and Facilities management
- Ideally global experience but not essential
- Excellent negotiator and client manager
- Knowledge of zero carbon, sensor management, tech modernisation, ICT, project management, Data centre fit out, major scale cabling would all be ideal
- Great client Management knowhow
- Comfortable driving relationship, contract and account management excellence across a large region, remotely supporting your management teams and regularly traveling to support and asses operations.
- An excellence understanding of the business product offering and a technical knowhow to best sell and communicate with clients
