Client-Side Cost Manager - International Property Developer - UK or Germany
£120,000 plus exclusive benefits package
Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with a Global Real Estate Investor, whose name is synonymous with the development of some of the world's most iconic properties.
Due to significant growth across their European portfolio, they are now seeking a Senior Cost Management professional to join their Construction and Design team, based in either London or Berlin
This is an extremely exciting role, that offers significant variety, working on numerous developments across Europe including new build and refurbishments projects.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Cost Plan preparation
- Entering Change Orders
- Procurement
- Risk Management
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Updating budgets and overseeing budget transfers
- Preparing monthly project status reports
Due to this role covering predominantly the UK and Germany, our client are happy to review CVs of candidates based in either the UK or Germany. You will ideally have a relevant bachelor's degree in either Engineering, Construction or Finance and have a minimum of 10 years' experience with construction cost control.
