FM Mobile Mechanical Engineer
West London
£36,000 - £38,000 + Company benefits + Overtime
Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
Our client is looking for a FM Mobile Mechanical Engineer to work across a large government contract covering the West London area.

Our client maintains large commercial buildings from Hospitality, Universities, Retail, and commercial offices.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
- Support and facilitate sub-contractors.
- Maintain water systems and records in accordance with L8 legislation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Essential
- Recognised multi-skilled, Mechanical / plumbing apprenticeship.
- Flexible approach must be able to work alone and within a team.
- Self-motivated
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a mechanical / plumbing bias
- Working as a Mechanical or building services engineer in a commercial environment.
- Good knowledge of building services
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities.
