Oversee a large scale return to the office project for a local charity. Interesting project, close to home, good karma - what more could you want?

Like a lot of organisations at the minute our client is excited about bringing their workforce back into the office but, before that can happen, large scale changes need to happen to their estate - that's where you come in.

You'll be project managing the estate restructure; reducing and changing the function of office space, implementing hot desking, writing protocols, negotiating supplier contracts, rethinking access controls, essentially getting everyone back into the office long term in a safe, efficient and satisfactory manner.
Alongside this you'll also be leading the small FM team of Technicians, Facilities Coordinators and an Administrator throughout this time of change.

If you're an experienced Facilities Manager available for a 12 month fixed term contract we'd love to hear from you!

You don't need to have come from a technical or hard services background, we're looking for someone who, in the words of the Asset Director "is a good people person who can deliver FM projects". The organisation are proud to be a unionised environment so any similar working experience would be an advantage.
As this role will involve visiting numerous sites around Bolton you will need a full UK driving licence and your own car (expenses will be provided).
