Mobilisation Manger – 6month FTC
Location: Nationwide
My client offers Total Real Estate and FM solutions and thanks to a large new contract win, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic Mobilisation Manger to keep them on target for delivery over the next 6 months.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have significant experience to Hard & Soft FM, excellent working knowledge of technical M&E and a number of successful contract mobilisations behind them.
Key Candidate Attributes: -
- An ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills with a ‘hands on’ approach
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to run multiple projects
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with external contractors
- At ease working under pressure
- Experience of overcoming last minute changes or developments and unique requests
- Proactive, forward thinking and resourceful
- An acute eye for ‘attention to detail’
- Excellent communicator, strong collaborator with highly tuned influencing skills
- Successfully managed budgets, resources and tight deadlines
- Knowledge and a responsible attitude to Health & Safety
- Strong IT skills
- Experience of working in a office & retail FM Projects
- Previous experience of working in a mobilisation / pre-opening role within the hospitality, leisure, hotel or tourism sector
- Full driving licence & own car
