We currently have a very exciting opportunity to work client direct for one of your best clients as a M&E Project Manager. The M&E Project Management role is working on a large static site in central London for a high end boutique retail company.
The Role
The M&E Project Manager will work closely with the Senior M&E Project Manager to ensure consistent and high quality delivery of all building services systems across the Capital Works Programme. As the M&E Project Manager you will be an electrically or mechanically biased engineer however should have a good understanding of all MEP systems. You will need to liaise closely with all Senior Project Managers, Concessions, Facilities Management, Fire and IT teams in implementing mechanical, electrical and public health systems on projects from design and planning through to implementation and evaluation.
The M&E Project Manager will provide external consultants and wider team support in the design and development of mechanical, electrical and public health systems across the store and concessions projects. You’ll manage all mechanical electrical & public health consultants and lighting consultants in the full delivery of their services on the projects assigned. By being fully aware about Health & Safety Regulations, you’ll ensure all installations meet requirements as laid out in the shop fit guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of delivering projects.
- A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification. Ideally to a high level e.g. HNC, HND, degree or above.
- Computer literate with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook.
