Static Electrical Engineer
Dartford
Monday - Friday, Normal Working Hours
£32,000 - £34,000
We are currently looking to recruit a Static Electrical Engineer to be based at a brand new distribution site in Dartford - as the Static Electrical Engineer on site you will be responsible for the reactive/pre-planned maintenance on site as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis.
The successful Static Electrical Engineer will be joining the UK's biggest FM company who can offer a competitive salary as well as great company benefits, progression, and training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations as well as project works when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Keeping logbooks up to date
- Liaise with client/management
- Ensuring health & safety is met at all times
- Providing a professional service at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance, ideally electrically biased
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Previous experience with installation and project works
- Flexible attitude towards working hours
- Well presented with previous client-facing experience (desirable)
