Maintenance Plumber
Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities & distribution and logistics.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced a maintenance plumber to work mobile throughout the midlands on a government contract.
Role Summary:
Completing reactive calls to mechanical, and building fabric equipment
Delivering pre-planned maintenance, working with subcontractors and 3rd parties
To ensure sites are maintained in line with our contract agreement.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3
Gas qualifications (desirable)
Possess practical, productive engineering skills with a strong technical knowledge
Previous experience working for an FM company
Previous experience working in a client facing environment
The package:
Salary: circa £36,000
