Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the country’s leading FM companies. This opportunity is working on a large well known high street commercial contract working on a cluster of sites. Working on stores across Bristol and the surrounding area providing electrical maintenance.

We are looking to recruit an electrical maintenance engineer to work on a mobile basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, ideally qualified to NVQ/City & Guilds level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent. They will be expected to integrate into a team of engineers and have a flexible attitude towards work, as well as supporting the wider business.
Job specific accountabilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Electrical maintenance on various equipment/PAT testing
- Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
- Support and facilitate sub-contractors
- Maintain water systems and records in accordance with Legionella legislation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical engineering
- 17th/18th edition required
- Experienced with AHUs/FCUs, Electrical Maintenance and small works
- Previous experience working in an FM environment.
