The Role: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Singapore

Sector: Facilities Management

Salary: circa £150,000 plus package 

We have a great Senior Leadership opportunity with one of our global facilities services clients.

The search is on for an accomplished and agile Chief Operating Officer.

As you would expect, this role will oversee a number of business areas including finance, sales, resources, talent and operational efficiencies. A genuinely 360 role which will allow the right candidate space to utilise their full skill set.

We feel that this role will suit candidates coming from a fast-paced environment and whom has extensive operational knowledge of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management and delivery.

You will be well versed in outsourced business models and have a deep understanding of integrated FM. Our client has serious plans for growth, so exposure to mergers and acquisitions and company integration would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the region’s CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, talent, and diversity development.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead the finance team, control and manage the companies cashflow, banking, and balance sheet.
  • Ability to drive margin creation and improved efficiency.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive and diverse culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are achieved.
  • Work closely with the broader management team to translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • Adhere to group and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and ensuring accurate, timely and clear business and financial reporting to the shareholder.
  • Drive a service culture strategy that improves client retention and margin improvement.

A creative and agile approach is required along with excellent commercial and inclusive leadership skills.
