Analyst - Acquisition & Development – Hotel group
Offices in London
Commercial Real Estate / Hotel & Hospitality experience
Salary: £75-85k base
As part of the Acquisition and Development team, we are looking for an analytical and number person specialist of the data to ensure viability and feasibility of ongoing and possible project for the group.
You will talk spread-sheet; understand rows after rows of data and be able to analyze & present the results. You will support the Executive team in deciding which project will be the most successful for the group and makes the most sense commercially and financially.
What we are looking for
- Diploma related to the field (finance / property development / architecture & construction)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience ideally withi a Commercial Real Estate / Retail or Hotel or related sectors (Apart-hotel, co-working, executive apartment, etc.)
- Highly organized, excellent analytical skills and understanding of numbers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to reconcile perspectives and define priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and other business systems
- Fluent English (oral and written)
