Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Chippenham - SN15
£32,000 - £34,000+
Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00
One of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies are looking for an established Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a team of 4 on a large blue chip transport research site.
As one of the leading FM companies they can offer a fantastic package with salary, benefits, pension scheme and much more.
Job specific accountabilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Be part of a 1 in 4 callout rota - £80 standby allowance
- Electrical maintenance on various equipment/PAT testing
- Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
- Support and facilitate sub-contractors
- Maintain water systems and records in accordance with Legionella legislation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Benefits:
- £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

- 22 days of Annual Leave + 8 days Bank Holiday
- £80 monthly standby bonus
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical engineering
- 17th/18th edition required
- Experienced with AHUs/FCUs, Electrical Maintenance and small works
- Previous experience working in an FM environment.
