Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Manchester
£250 per day
If you're a freelance QS looking for an interesting new energy efficiency contract in central Manchester we have the project for you.
Our client is a principle contractor who are working on Phase 2 on a prestigious public sector contract. They're looking for an ad hoc Quantity Surveyor to represent them on site. Work will include activity schedules, bills of materials, cost planning etc. for around 1 day per week at first.
Initially the projects are expected to last 6 months but we are expecting new work off the back of this so there is every likelihood this could be extended.
The reason we're looking for someone in the first place is because we want someone with knowledge of Manchester so you'll need to be currently living in the area. The project involves solar installations so any specific knowledge you have around this area would be great.
