The Role: Area Sales Manager
Sector: Property – Workspace / Offices
Location: London
Salary£45K + Amazing Commission
My client is the global leader in serviced office and flexible workspace and they continue to grow at pace.
I am looking for driven and courageous Sales Professionals to join the London team and support their sustained expansion across a number of brands.

What you’ll do:
Planning – Identify cross selling and revenue maximisation opportunities.
Core sales activities - generate sales, close deals and grow revenue from existing customers.
Proactive sales activities – networking, attend conferences and events and partner with brokers to generate sales leads.
Quality control – Maintain high standards of others on all sales activities.
