IT helpdesk Supervisor
Manchester
£26,000pa plus out of hours bonus of £2600
The Role
- Responsible for supervision of helpdesk
- Provide support and escalation for helpdesk analysts
- Ensure out of hours support is covered
- Escalate issues to wider IT team
- Provide IT training
- Represent the IT department
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Results driven
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Supervisory experience
- Degree level qualification preferred but not essential
- Happy to work out of hours to meet needs of the business
Who will you be?
