Build Recruitment are delighted to be working with an NHS Trust in the North of England to source an Associate Director of Estates. Up to £90k.
Reporting to the Executive Board, the Associate Director of Estates will be responsible for undertaking effective strategic and operational leadership in the management of Estates and Facilities across a dispersed, multi-site property portfolio.
Managing a multi-million budget (up to £30m), and four key departments, the Associate Director of Estates will provide leadership and expert advice, developing and managing a plan to manage equipment lifecycle and to reduce estates related backlog maintenance, particularly that of high and significant or Critical Infrastructure Risk.
Applicants are expected to hold a Masters' level qualification or equivalent experience in either Estates, Facilities or Property Management as well as membership of an appropriate professional Body, e.g. RICS, RIBA, CIOB, IWFM, CIBSE.
Working with numerous internal stakeholder and external supply chains, you will be extremely customer focused, a natural collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills and possess a high level of credibility and authority.
