Maintenance Electrician
Waterloo

Shift Pattern: Days -- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
One of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies are looking for an established Electrician to join a growing team on a large commercial premises in Waterloo.
As one of the leading FM companies they can offer a fantastic package with salary, benefits, pension scheme and much more.
Job specific accountabilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Electrical maintenance on various equipment/PAT testing
- Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
- Support and facilitate sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Qualifications / Experience:
- 17th/18th edition required
- Experienced with AHUs/FCUs, Electrical Maintenance and small works
- Previous experience working in an FM environment.
