The Role: Account Director
Sector: FM / Technical & Engineering
Location: London
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000pa
Our client is looking for a proven Account Director to join this ever growing team. Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery on contracts across the public & private sector. You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. You will understand marketing strategies and purchasing. Employee engagement will be key and you will have experience of managing large teams.
The Successful Candidate:
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Proven Financial and Commercial acumen
- People Management and Influencing skills
- Self starter and motivator
- Experience with public sector
- FM, Construction, Engineering experience is essential
- Experience in Change Management
- Management of large teams
- Strong negotiation skills
