Commercial Analyst

Home based with travel
Our client is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their team and work on contracts, costings and market testing.
The Role
- Support the delivery of a consistent and compliant approach to the interpretation and application of the PFI agreements and provide advice and support in managing changes to contractual documents.
- Support the delivery of a consistent and compliant approach to managing changes to the financial model including benchmarking, market testing, variation pricing, and reserve account requirements.
- Annual review of the UC profile for inclusion into the Operating Financial Model and UC billing instructions.
- Provide independent review of the company's Key Finance Checklists (KFCs) to ensure a compliant and consistent approach across the portfolio.
- Support the business development by providing financial analysis and providing benchmarking of FM costs.
- Provide due diligence support on the mobilisation of new business
- Assist in project mobilisations and de-mobilisations.
- Participate in the development of the finance function, team and systems.
- Carry out other duties that fall within professional expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within a compliance focused environment.
- PFI and a good understanding of contracts, contractual obligations, compliance and deliverables.
- Quantity Surveying background
