Regional Supervisor (Electrical bias)
Bolton
Our client is looking for a Regional Supervisor to join a busy team, you will have experience in M&E and be Electrical biased. The role is working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.
You will primarily be based in Bolton but will have sites in Morecambe and Middlesbrough which you will have to visit once every 2 weeks/every month
This is a temporary position initially and will become permanent for the right person
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the correct issue and monitoring of all ATW/Permit to work systems.
- Ensuring COSHH processes and procedures are adhered to for region.
- Regional compliance for contractual commitments, log book maintenance, and all QHSE standards and procedures.
- Ensuring Hazard spotting is undertaken by regional team and hazards recorded are of required standard.
- Day-to-day supervision of all Integrated FM services in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs, including supervision of services delivered via the supply chain
- Ensuring the sub-contractor monitoring check sheet is completed for all Non-PPM sub-contractor activities.
- Ensuring the safe method of work practice check sheet is completed for all sub-contractor activities
- Site inductions are carried out and recorded for both sub-contractors and staff
- Toolbox talk scheduling and delivery.
- Compiling small works quotations and ensuring process adhered to and monitored.
- Accountable for the ensuring PPM and Reactive SLA performance is achieved through supervision and monitoring of the CAFM system.
- Maintaining up to date planners for subcontractor PPM visits.
- Carrying out performance reviews and implementing development plans in line with succession planning.
- Assist project team with project works on-site, liaison between project team regional manager and client stakeholders to ensure a One Team approach.
- Act as a point of escalation for in and out-of-hours issues and incidents across your region.
