The Role: Service Desk Manager
Salary: £38,000-£45,000 DOE
Sector: Facilities Management – Soft Services
My client is a privately owned Facilities Support Services Company and due to their continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Manager.
If you come with experience of managing a customer-centric helpdesk within a service industry and you can you lead your team with passion and enthusiasm, whilst delivering first class customer service then I am really keen to speak with you, ASAP.
You will be tasked with delivering the data driven decision making that will improve the customers’ journey. You will be an evangelist for turning data into continuous improvement plans and eager to be at the heart of supporting your communities.
You will drive the approach to data analysis, insights and service improvement, giving the ability to test and improve the offering while building long term engagement with customers.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A strong, enthusiastic leader of people who can inspire others to work together and deliver their best.
- A passion for delivering first class customer service and going above and beyond to deliver the highest standards.
- Excellent communication, influencing and people management skills.
- Proven ability in data analysis, insights and visualisation
- Demonstrate experience of implementing the principles of ITIL
- Strong experience of FreshWorks or similar system.
