Refrigeration Technical Support

Due to continued growth within the highly a successful Refrigeration department of the company , we have an opportunity for a motivated, experienced candidates to join the team.

This role would suit an engineer who is looking to come off the tools or an apprentice starting out looking to obtain more experience.
Main purpose of this role:
To work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods, to ensure that, where possible, customer enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact or within a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer parts/technical queries from existing and prospective customers.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Process orders accurately.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments as well as suppliers.
Requirements:
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be polite and friendly.
- Pay attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess good listening skills.
- Confident on the phone.
What we need from you:
- Previous Commercial Refrigeration (whether desk-based or field based) experience.
- The ability to understand customer needs, with excellent listening and questioning skills to build rapport and provide the right solution, showing commitment to do the best for them.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (experience of Pegasus/Aeromark also preferred but not essential).
- A good team player with a proven ability of building effective working relationships.
