The Role: Graphic Designer
Location: London
Sector: Property – Co-living
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 DOE
My client is at the forefront of modern living solutions and they are growing at pace across the UK, Europe, Middle East and America. We are looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to be a key player in the Brand & Marketing Team. You will be responsible of creating fresh concepts and managing graphic design tasks from conception to delivery and ensuring brand consistency throughout the different projects.
All about the role:
- Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion designs that bring our brand to life
- Concept and develop content for social media campaigns
- Work with our marketing, community and lettings teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects
- Gather design presentations, references, create moodboards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders
- Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion
- Work across multiple project deadlines
- Comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of our work
All about you:
- 4+ years of brand design experience required
- Ambitious to learn – new tools, people, insights, always pushing to understand more about the goals and audience
- Eager to build elite work that drives impact
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Ready and willing to go an extra step for your work and your team
- Very detail-oriented, finding peace in breath-taking execution
- Known for aesthetics and design taste
- Confident that phenomenal design can tackle complicated problems
- Expert-level experience with Adobe CC Programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
