The Role: Interior Architect, 3D skills
Location: London
Sector: Property – Co-living
Salary: £32,000 to £36,000pa DOE
My client is at the forefront of modern living solutions and they are growing at pace across the UK, Europe, Middle East and America. We are looking for an in-house Interior Architect with impressive 3D Skills to work with the Lead Architect on several projects.
This company is involved on a range of projects from residential to private gyms through to co-living, co-working and other shared amenities. This is a new opportunity as part of the design team to create detailed 3D interior models and planning drawings to refine and build their impressive designs.
- Job Description:
- As Interior architect you will be responsible to work closely with the Lead Architect and the Head of Development on your given projects.
- Producing full detailed 3D models/visuals and 2D technical packages.
- Design of bespoke items and joineries along with FFE specification.
- Managing and coordinating the technical aspects of the project.
- Have a hands-on approach, attending meetings on and off site.
- Utilising your problem-solving skills to come up with design solutions.
- Multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Be reliable and committed to the demands of the role.
- Available to travel for work if required.
- Skills necessary:
- The successful candidate will have worked on a range of residential projects, hospitality experience is a bonus.
- You will be extremely confident with 3D software and rendering.
- Proven experience of full technical architectural packages, bespoke items and joinery detailing.
- Must have an exceptional eye for detail.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience.
- Excellent understanding of 3D space.
- 2D AutoCAD, Rhino or 3DS Max, VRay, Photoshop and InDesign skills are mandatory.
- Archicad and Revit skills are a bonus.
