Mobile Building Services Engineer
South West London
£35,000 - £37,000 + Overtime
Monday - Friday, Normal Working Hours
Van / Fuel Card / PDA / Tools
One of the UK's largest FM companies are looking for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their growing team based on several large commercial corporate sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for M&E related tasks which includes Electrical, Mechanical and Building Maintenance.
If successful you will offer cover and extra support to several large contracts across the South West London region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance
- Previous Building Services experience
- Experienced in an electrical capacity.
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Client-facing & well presented.
