Workplace Change Consultant
London/Remote - You will be regularly required onsite
£500pd Limited company Outside IR35
Experienced workplace change consultant required for a hands on "return to office" workplace programme for a major financial services client in London. You will need to understand workplace strategy and transformation but most importantly will be able to lead the employees of this client through a return to office programme after the Covid lockdown.
You will be confident managing various stakeholders, you will mentor and lead a team of change champions through every part of the business, you will understand and have experience in managing moves to ensure there is no impact on business continuity and will be sympathetic to the changing needs of a diverse workforce.
This is a quick start 6-9month engagement with a good chance of going permanent or extending longer as this global client looks for help in other areas of it's estate.
