We are looking to recruit a Senior Estates Manager Ideally with PFI Healthcare experience for our clients site based in Birmingham.
Our client are a large Facilities Management and Construction firm with an annual turnover of over 2 billion. They employ over 15,000 skilled and support staff across the UK and have a presence across the globe.
Role:
Reporting to the Account Director the successful candidate will coordinate the maintenance services requirements of the PFI agreement with the healthcare client.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of Technical Services Managers, Assistant Estates Managers and all tradesman.
- Provide technical expertise to the team
- Develop a service relates continuous improvement programme from start to finish
- Design and introduce business efficiency measures to ensure cost effective approach to the services
- Provide AP/CP expertise to ensure Statutory Compliance to all FM services to satisfy the SLA and KPI agreements
- Occasional travel across The UK
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical experience within a PFI Healthcare Environment
- HNC in a relevant Engineering discipline or C&G Electrical installation Level 3 / Apprentice Served Electrician or Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / Commercial Gas Qualified or Level 3 Mechanical Qualification
- 17th / 18th edition / FGas
- AP qualified to HTM standard
- To be the named AP in Ventilation/Water/Medical Gas or HV/LV
