Role details:
• Leading all m+e activities for the site including plant maintenance
• Overseeing all planned and reactive maintenance
• Subcontractor management and issuing permits to work
• Ensuring that all statutory compliance is met for the site
• Assist the operations manager with and relevant project works for the site
• Working closely with other FM service lines at the site
Requirements:
You will have An m+e background and 17th or 18th edition is important for the role. A background in a hotel/boarding school would be an advantage and good general maintenance awareness is essential for the role. This will be a Monday-Friday role with no weekend working.
